Sparkling Roussanne & Caviar Tasting on May 2nd from 3-4:30 pm. We’re pouring a vertical lineup of four vintages—2014, 2016, 2018, and 2023 Blanc de Blanc—so you can sip your way through time and see how sparkling wine can evolve. We’re pairing these wines with two types of caviar, luscious Delice triple cream cheese, crisp wine biscuits, truffle popcorn, marcona almonds, and a few other irresistible bites made for sparkling sipping.
