2025 Le Cadeau Vineyard Pinot Noir Rosé - MAGNUM
Marking our first rosé release since 2022, this delicate Le Cadeau Vineyard Pinot Noir rosé offers a silky texture and refreshing floral notes, presented beautifully in striking magnum bottles.
Very clear, light orange & delicate hue. An explosion of rich aromas of cherry blossom, ripe strawberry, cherries, tangerine peel, and a herbal “twang”. Very decadent and sexy. The mouthfeel is silky yet delicate with freshness and fun. The acidity is high but well in balanced. The red fruit, citrus peel, and floral notes flavors are prevalent in the Rose. The wine is bone-dry and very refreshing. Yum-Yum and party time!
Fermentation: The grapes were hand-picked, destemmed, and pumped to the press for a gentle yet long press cycle. Juice was cold-settled, barreled down one stainless steel barrel. Primary fermentation with Saccharomyces uvarum.
Élevage: Stainless steel barrel for ten months.
INGREDIENTS & ADDITIONS: Pinot Noir grapes, yeast, organic yeast nutrients, and minimally necessary sulfur dioxide.
