2023 Blanc de Blanc Sparkling Roussanne Extra Brut

We have made a Sparkling Roussanne since 2012 and still are the only Washington winery to make a Méthode Champenoise Roussanne.  

Enjoy the pale yellow hue with delicate bubbles.  The Roussanne has aromas of green mango & tangerine skin, guava, lemongrass, and salinity.  The mouthfeel is ELECTRIC, fresh and brilliant.  It tastes like pop rocks exploding on the pallet.  Green fruits and sea salt notes.  Tight and tart and very food friendly.  Enjoy with Brie, gorgonzola, and other earthy cheeses, charcuterie and smoked salmon.
