100% Pinot Noir from Le Cadeau Vineyard. Lovely red fruit, black tea, earthy aromas and flavors. Pure, fresh, clean, spicy, and very sexy.
Light red hue. Lovely red cherry, pomegranate, and cranberry fruit aromas. Has notes of black tea, dried earth, graphite, and subtle light toasted French Oak. Spicy and sexy. The mouthfeel is rich, fresh, fun, complex, earthy, and red fruit. Notes of black tea and oak are apparent, yet the wine is clean and complex. The wine is tight yet vibrant and fresh.
Élevage: 50% new French oak Puncheons (Mercurery and Jayer), 50% 1st and 2nd fill French oak puncheons for 14 months
Fermentation: 100% hand-harvested fruit, 70% destemmed with 30% of clusters pitch-forked into the open-top fermentation bins. Inoculated with a variety of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Saccharomyces uvarum and Pichia kluyveri. Punched down twice daily.
Additions: Yeast, organic yeast nutrients, tartaric acic, minimally necessary SO2

The 2022 Isenhower La Cadeau Vineyard Pinot Noir from Oregon was aged for 14 months in a mix of neutral and lightly seasoned French oak puncheons, allowing its purity of fruit to shine. Pale ruby in color with soft rose reflections, the wine opens with delicate aromas of wild strawberry, tart red cherry, and dried rose petals, intertwined with accents of bergamot, forest floor, and a faint wisp of toasted spice. The palate unfolds with flavors of cranberry compote, blood orange zest, and steeped tea leaves, underpinned by fine-grained tannins and a lively vein of acidity.
