Columbia Valley Holiday Red No. 23
The Holiday Red is ready to drink and a great wine for your holiday parties or for gift giving. The No. 23 Holiday Red is comprised of 31% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Sangiovese, 15% Grenache, 12% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec, 4% Mourvedre, and 2% Syrah.
Tasting notes
Dark red/black hue. Very fresh and dark red fruit aromas of blackcurrant, tart cherry, vanilla, cedar, and dried herbs.The wine is tight and intensely flavored with notes ofcurrant, blackberry, black tea, #2 pencil lead, blacklicorice, and kitchen spices. The mouthfeel is very rich and plush with extensive extract and intensity.
Production notes
All the grapes in the Holiday Red were hand-picked, hand sorted, and fermented with by yeasts specific for each variety. The wine was aged in 100% used French Oak barrels for 10 months prior to bottling.

INGREDIENTS & ADDITIONS: Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Grenache, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Mourvèdre, and Syrah grapes, organic and inorganic yeast nutrients, tartaric acid, French Oak and 35 ppm of Free SO2 at time of bottling to prevent oxidation.
