Tasting notes
"I know a bank where the wild thyme blows, where oxlips and the nodding violet grows, Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine, With sweet musk-roses and the eglantine." - William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night's Dream
Dark red hue. Vibrant aromas of red plums, currants, and cranberries - very pretty and tight. Mouth is lively and fresh with flavors that mirror the aromas. The mouthfeel is full of red plum and curant flavors and is seamless, fresh, and clean. Tannins are linear, long, and perfect. Wonderful balance and delicious!
